A View From the Field

Rainbow over Keweenaw.

I glanced out the back windows, and when i saw the rainbow, I grabbed the camera and went dashing out onto the porch. This is the left half of what I saw.
   
This is the right half of what I saw.
   
I then dashed back inside and grabbed the wide angle adapter, which I have never used before, to try to get the whole rainbow. I thought I'd lost it for a minute...
   
So I went down off the porch into the parking lot, and got this.
   
A few moments later, I took the adapter off to capture the brightening of the left side.
